We also need to know if you offer is subject to the sale of another property or not.  If the vendor accepts your offer we will contact you immediately with the good news. We will then contact both the vendors and your solicitors informing them of the agreed sale. The solicitors will then begin the conveyancing process. You need to ensure that your survey is done promptly and that your offer of mortgage is in place for the exchange of contracts. After signing of contracts your solicitor will request the funds from your mortgage company and transfer these to the vendors solicitor.
